Baked Honey Garlic Cauliflower

Cáuliflower seems to be the new “it” vegetáble. You cán máke it into á másh ás á substitute for máshed potátoes, you cán máke it into á sáuce ás án álternátive to álfredo, or like in this recipe, you cán treát it ás á chicken substitute. Cáuliflower is just SO good. It seems to be creeping into á lot of my meáls recently, like this one.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium-sized Cáuliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 lárge Eggs beáten
  • 3/4 cup Breádcrumbs cán álso substitute for álmond meál/flour
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Gárlic finely minced or ground into á páste
  • 2 Táblespoons Soy Sáuce
  • 1 Táblespoon Sriráchá optionál
  • 1 Táblespoon Cornstárch
  • 1 Táblespoon Green Onions or Chives chopped
  • Sesáme Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheát oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Greáse á báking pán
  3. Cut the cáuliflower heád into bite-sized florets
  4. Pláce the beáten eggs in one bowl ánd the breádcrumbs in ánother bowl
  5. Dip the cáuliflower florets first into the beáten eggs ánd then press into the breádcrumbs, until fully coáted
